The LERCO building is getting its typical look
The LERCO Science and Research Centre building is starting to show its final look from the outside. After a year and three months of construction, the builders are installing the pre-glazed facade, windows and the fibreglass concrete facade elements of both facade shades that will visually divide the building into laboratory and administrative areas. Also on the interiors, intensive work is being done on the internal water and electricity distribution, air conditioning and now also laboratory gases. Interior work on the first two floors is already well underway.
Interior preparations
A final check of the equipment of the basic functional units of the building has been carried out, together with the specification of the equipment to be fitted out in the coming years. It is for these specific devices that construction readiness is currently being carried out in the building. Research program managers have been contacted regarding interest in sampling the laboratory equipment products supplied by the construction company. A tender for the supply of interior furnishings and laboratory furniture for the entire LERCO building is also about to be advertised.
