Commencement of construction

The general contractor Hochtief a.s. was selected in the tender procedure and the contract was concluded on 20.11.2023. As part of another tender procedure, Safety PRO was selected to provide technical supervision of the construction for the University.

As of 1 December, the construction site on the premises of the Faculty of Medicine was handed over to Hochtief. Here, preparatory and survey work will begin in December. The first visible activity for the layman will take place after the New Year, when the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone will also take place.
